Delaware, April 2024 - Renowned permanent makeup (PMU) guru Na Seng will serve as PMU representative for Grip Needles, manufacturer of the revolutionary TriFlat™ tattoo and micropigmentation needles. As a representative, she leverages her experience as a PMU artist and trainer to shed light on tools that can help other permanent makeup professionals elevate the quality and efficiency of their work.
Na Seng's collaboration with Grip Needles is part of the company's endeavor to partner with the biggest names in the tattooing and PMU sectors, as well as a testament to her extensive experience in permanent makeup. Making a name for creating some of the softest- and most natural-looking powder brows out there, among other notable achievements, Na Seng has the expertise to recognize quality in her field.
She has been doing permanent makeup for almost a decade and has been part of the beauty industry for far longer. Years of working with nail machines and similar tools helped her develop a steady hand that would serve her well once she transitioned to doing PMU. Combining these with her creativity and eye for beauty, she quickly became one of the most sought-after PMU artists for eyebrow procedures, lip blushing, and eyelash enhancement tattoos.
Today, Na Seng has an esthetician license and surgical technologist certificate among her credentials. She also owns a popular nail salon, currently operates Na Seng Permanent Makeup Design in Bradenton, Florida, and she is often tapped to train aspiring PMU artists from all over the world. She currently has two powder brow webinars for PMU professionals looking to learn the technique.
"Grip is excited to have Na Seng as PMU representative," says a spokesperson for Grip Needles. "Her talent and expertise in permanent makeup align perfectly with the company’s mission to provide top-notch tools for professionals in the industry."
Na Seng will serve as the spokesperson for Grip Needles in the PMU sector. She will conduct classes in which she trains PMU professionals on how to use TriFlat™ tattoo needles for eyebrow and lip tattoos, among other PMU procedures. Through these classes, Grip Needles aims to educate PMU artists on how the TriFlat™ supports their creativity and why it should be a permanent part of their toolkit.
For her part, Na Seng says she has always been a single-needle artist, preferring to use a .30-diameter needle as much as possible. But after trying out the TriFlat™, she realized she could produce the same soft powder brows but in significantly less time. Today, she teaches powder brow classes with TriFlat™ needles.
“It’s a new needle configuration in the market, and there is always a learning curve that can deter many from trying out new methods and techniques. The goal is to help artists improve their efficiency and productivity while maintaining the integrity and artistry of their work,” she says.
As a spokesperson, Na Seng will attend various events and conferences to represent Grip Needles. In June, she will participate in Premiere Orlando, one of the biggest beauty conferences in the United States. She is also set to join other beauty experts in other beauty events later this year.
TriFlat™ professional tattoo needles by Grip Needles feature a unique design, with 3RL needles arranged like a flat tattoo needle, meant to improve an artist's stippling efficiency. Stippling is a technique used for creating natural-looking hair strokes for eyebrow tattoos and multi-textural work for other PMU procedures. This way, TriFlat™ tattoo needles allow PMU artists to finish their work faster and with less fatigue.
